What does each plan include?+
Each plan includes a different number of monthly Credits for current live features such as reincarnation predictions. Basic: 400/month, Standard: 1000/month, Pro: 2500/month.
Do credits expire?+
Subscription Credits reset automatically at 23:59 on the last day of each month. Permanent Credits from signup bonuses and referrals never expire.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel anytime in Account Settings. After cancellation, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, but you won't be charged again or receive new Credits next month.
What payment methods are supported?+
Available payment methods are shown on the secure Creem checkout page and may include supported card payment options. All payments are encrypted and secure.
Can I upgrade or downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle?+
Plan changes aren't currently available mid-cycle. Wait until your current subscription expires, then choose a new plan. Canceling your subscription does not affect your existing Credits.
How can I earn Permanent Credits?+
New users receive 30 Permanent Credits when they sign up. Invite friends and you both earn Permanent Credits (150 for the inviter, 100 for the invitee). Permanent Credits never expire and are not affected by monthly resets.
